Shipping policy

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping methods and rates vary by product:

• Superb 2100, Monster 2100 and Multi-Bench 2000 workbenches and their combo packages: Freight shipping $175 — extra-size pallet with liftgate delivery and delivery appointment.
• Diamond 1500 and Diamond 1800 workbenches: UPS shipping $50, including delivery appointment.
• Diamond 1500 and Diamond 1800 combo packages: UPS shipping $150, including delivery appointment.
• Wall-mounted Folding Workbench: UPS shipping $100.
• Clever Worktop and PROFI Accessory Kit: UPS small-package shipping $20.
• Storage Cupboards: Economy shipping $80.

The applicable shipping method is determined by the products in your order. The available shipping method and final shipping cost are shown at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Freight delivery times may vary depending on the destination. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
